ELEVATE YOGA AND NERVE GLIDING WORKSHOP

In this 90-Minute Workshop, we'll dive into yoga and nerve gliding techniques, combining mindful movement with gentle vinyasa yoga to help release tension and improve mobility. Nerve gliding can be especially helpful for easing nerve pain and discomfort, but it's also great for anyone looking to move with more freedom and ease.

Through guided movement and breathwork, you'll learn how to create more space in your body, helping to support your nervous system and hopefully to feel more at ease in your daily life. Whether you're dealing with nerve issues or just curious about how these techniques can enhance your practice, this workshop is open to all.

Come as you are—no experience required. You'll leave with practical tools you can use on and off the mat to support your body’s natural ability to heal.

The Workshop is $20 for Members and $30 for Non-Members.
